SQL Explorer©:
SysTMS developed SQL Explorer© in June of 2002 to run against complex environments to troubleshoot and gather information on this environment. SQL Explorer gathers Database Internal and External information, Unix O/S information and EMC San information. It then generates a complex coded 2500 page report for analysis. This product was used to resolve a complex issue at Nextel Communications in Reston, VA. Nextel had called AMDOCS, EMC, EDS, Oracle, Sun Microsystems and its own staff to troubleshoot and resolve the performance problem on their complex Shareplex / AMDOCS billing solution. These fortune 500 companies failed to identify the issue, and Nextel searched the County for Shareplex expertise and found SysTMS. SysTMS was able to via SQL Explorer© to troubleshoot and provide resolution within four weeks of starting on the project. What the fortune 500 companies failed to do in 6 months, we accomplished in 4 weeks. SysTMS in its first debut, prove its worth to the world.

NOTE - Information captured from SQL Explorer saved EDS and Nextel from suffering a critical and embarrassing outage during a migration from Norcross, GA to Charlotte, NC. The information captured on the EMC Symmetrix configuration prevented the EMC environment and the Shareplex – NOR from crashing.

Overdrive©
Overdrive is a database tool developed to gather Database configurations and Datafile information for Point in Time replication of the Source Database, with zero downtime involved via Triple or Third mirror technology. 

SysTMS developed Overdrive© technology in October of 2001, under Jensen - Van Hemel, Ltd.  Overdrive© via Triple Mirroring technology allows us to replicate an exact image of an Oracle database to any source or target solution as a Business Continuity or Reporting Instance.

Via this technology you have the option to re-org you database of the fly.  You can break out Indexes , Data files, redo or archive files laying them across a totally new file system.  OverDrive is fast over WAN's, creating multiple data
streams that you control. 

Triple mirroring is simply making another copy of your Database, allowing Overdrive to use this mirrored copy to replicate the data to another target site or location. This technology allows business to avoid costly downtime, and keep employees productive even during critical Database upgrades, Database Migrations, Unix O/S patches or hardware repair.  

Migrating from EMC to Hitachi or from HP to EMC?  Use Overdrive© to accomplish this task.  SysTMS has migrated over 40TB Databases via Overdrive© replicating the Database in less than 60 minutes via a Gigabit Backbone(s). 

Have a major database upgrade coming up this weekend?  Use Overdrive© to create an exact copy of your instance on a standby server, protecting your production image in two ways.  The first is a third mirror of the instance and the second is a live real-time copy of the instance. 

Using DRACS you can actually capture changes made during the upgrade to the target instance by the end users and replicate them back to the newly upgraded production instance when your update has completed. 

Wait! did we just say end users were using the instance during the upgrade?  Yes we did, after all we specialist in 24x7x365 availability. The user community will simply see the updates you made in the production instance as if they
appeared magically.

CRM-IAB©

customizedsupported CRM solution (developed in-house), Performance tune the server and load the
