John brings to the table his broad background and ability to architect solutions, processes, methodologies and Best Practice to create advanced, flexible and robust solutions for tomorrow.

Introduction

SysTMS was incorporated in May of 2002 under Jensen – Van Hemel, Ltd. Providing complete end to end technology solutions for mid to large size corporations. SysTMS was split off from Jensen Van Hemel, Ltd in 2003 as SysTMS LLC of Nevada to better server our client base. 

Today, SysTMS, LLC is made up of dynamic partnerships that provide our clients with complete end to end technology solutions, driving extreme value and delivery excellence that results in our clients achieving true peace of mind.  Our founder created SysTMS proven consulting / delivering methodology in May of 2002, the start of PSP+ or Professional Services Plus that exist in todays consulting practice. SysTMS is an executive consulting partner for many major solutions providers
and manufactures here in the US, helping them achieve a higher level of service for their clients and ours as well.

Code of Conduct

This is the code of conduct that will be used to guide relationships between the company and its associates, customers,vendors, strategic alliances, and the general public.
Ethical Standards -- We will uphold the highest levels of ethical standards held by the industry, communities, and professional organizations in which we serve.
Quality -- We will provide products and services that consistently meet or exceed the standards of our markets and clients expectations.

Fairness -- We will not enrich ourselves at someone else's expense.  Our profits will be reasonable.  Those who contribute to the efforts of our company will be reasonably and fairly compensated.
 
Trustworthiness -- We will endeavor at all times to communicate only what is true and factual. 
 
Faithfulness -- We will uphold our promises to the fullest extent that our resources will allow.
 
Self Control -- We will conduct our business in such a consistent and controlled manner as to make our faithfulness possible.  As individuals, we will not abuse substances that would cause our judgment or performance to suffer.
